Lodestar Strengthens the Italian Digital Ecosystem with the Acquisition of IT’S
Milan, September 12, 2025 – Lodestar S.p.A., an IT platform controlled by Bravo Capital Partners and a key player in the digital transformation of Italian companies, announces the acquisition, through its subsidiary Zerouno Informatica Srl, of 100% of IT’S – Informatica e Comunicazione, a Brescia-based company specialized in IT solutions for SMEs with strong local roots and a loyal client portfolio.
With this acquisition, Lodestar reaffirms its role as a strategic partner for digital transformation, capable of integrating IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, web solutions, and application consulting into a single value-driven platform, with increasingly consolidated expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem.
IT’S joins the other 11 companies already part of the group, actively contributing to the creation of a national network of advanced digital services and competencies.

With IT’S joining the group, Lodestar further strengthens its local presence and the expertise available within the group, in line with its vision of providing integrated, tailor-made technological solutions for every business need.
Lodestar was assisted by Bonelli Erede (legal and tax), Deloitte (accounting), EY (debt advisory), and the notary firm Milano Notai (Notary Giovannella Condò).
The shareholders of IT’S were assisted by Madrigal Capital Partners (M&A) and Giliberti Triscornia e Associati (legal).
Cassa Centrale Banca, BCC di Brescia, and BCC Rivarolo Mantovano financed the transaction.
